Nordic childrens theater in a diverse community
What happens when 21 actors from 7 different countries get together to exchange experiences and develop new ideas, stories and concepts?
Three new stories for children and youth along with the experiences of the process have been presented in Oslo, Malmö and Copenhagen. Now they are available online in a publication from Prospero Workshop II, which was realised within the project on Nordic childrens theatre in the diverse community. The project included dramaworkshops for actors and meetings for the network.
The project is a collaboration between Passepartout Theatre Production from Denmark, Teater Joker in Norway and Unga Malmö Stadsteater from Sweden. The participants were from Burkina Faso, Uganda, China, Nepal, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The project was granted funding from Culture and Art Programme at Nordic Culture Point.
