Exhibition opening: The Nordic bookworm and friends
Kaisaniemenkatu 9, Helsinki, Finland
Crinkly, short-sighted, cuddly, one leg or a thousand? What does a Nordic bookworm actually look like? Come to the opening of our new exhibition to find out!
Last autumn the reading promotion project The Nordic Bookworm was looking for its mascot. In this exhibition, you’ll meet all six finalists in the competition, which was decided with the help of both experts and children.
The exhibition features word art that helps visitors of all ages to familiarise themselves with the friendly, fun, and playful bookworm figures. You can visit the exhibition independently or book a time for a group visit.
The exhibition is a collaboration with Sydkustens ordkonstskola.
