3. Create an account
Create a user account in the application portal. You can find the link to the application portal under each programme. There are three applicant profiles to choose from: An individual, a working group, or an organisation. Find out more about the responsibilities of each user profile in Questions and answers.
4. Complete the application
Complete the application in the portal. You can edit the text up until the point you submit it. Any attachments must be ready before you submit the application – budget, invitation letter, and the like.
A clear timetable is needed in order to have a strong project application. Present the planned activities in chronological order so that the expert group can understand what you intend to do and when.
Create a good budget5. Submit your application
Submit your application well before the deadline. After submission, you’ll have 24 hours to make any additions in the portal.
6. Wait for a decision
The decision will be sent to the e-mail address linked to the applicant profile. The programme information will say how long you have to wait for a decision before the project can start.
